Job Title: Call Centre Sales Advisor

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our call centre team in Belfast as Sales Advisors. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone and promoting our products and services. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Promote and sell our products and services
• Meet sales targets and KPIs
• Accurately record customer information and sales data

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,360.00-£23,310.00 per year
