About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Customer Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to new and existing customers. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to promote our products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with any queries or concerns
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update our CRM system
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
