Digital Designer / Brand Marketing Designer
Home based with occasional travel to London

    Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.00pm), permanent
    £27,000 - £32,000 per annum

Thrive Therapeutic Software is a fast-growing and innovative health and wellbeing startup that is changing the way people access mental health support.

We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Designer (or Brand Marketing Designer) to join our dynamic team. As our sole designer, you will have the opportunity to own our brand identity and be responsible for creating and producing solutions for a variety of uses across digital, web and print.


Key responsibilities:

    Create designs for use across web (website, landing pages, and digital channels)
    Design and create HubSpot landing pages and forms
    Design all printed materials from concept to final artwork
    Design and create marketing content (email banners, posters, social media images, PNGs, guides, videos etc.)
    Act as a brand ambassador - ensuring all designs follow our brand guidelines and maintain consistency
    Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and commercial team re business requirements and timelines
    Video creation and editing where necessary
    Undertake any other tasks, duties or projects which may arise from time to time which are proportionate with the general level of this post and as directed by the designated line manager


About You:

    2+ years’ experience in graphic design working across print, digital, web, and video
    Highly collaborative and self-starter attitude
    Passionate about creating beautiful, purposeful design and have a broad portfolio that demonstrates your skills
    Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
    Capable of managing and prioritising multiple design projects
    Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Id, Ps, XD)
    Highly proficient in Canva
    Experience in HubSpot design
    Web design experience
    Competent in Presentation Design
    Experience in Figma is a bonus
