Job Description

The Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online and offline revenue growth for Claire's Stores in the EU. This role will work closely with the broader Marketing and E-Commerce teams and external agencies to manage digital campaigns, track performance, and optimize the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead agency relationships and manage agency partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital campaigns.
  • Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, including forecasting, tracking performance, and reporting on spend.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns, focused but not limited paid search, display, paid social media, and SEO.
  • Manage SEO strategy, partnering with external agency and internal team with content recommendation, keyword research and landing pages optimization.
  • Develop and implement testing plans to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, merchandising, finance, and IT, to optimize the customer journey and drive online sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels, including paid search, display, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred.
