Salary details: Grade 8, £29,447 - £33,024 (pro-rata depending on hours and term-time only contract) Pay Award Pending

Contract Type: Temporary until 31 st July 2023 (funding is reviewed at this time)

1 x 37 hour post FTE vacancy and

2 x 0.5 FTE posts are available (but this can be amended for the right candidates, posts are currently term time only but full-time could be considered)

The Adult, Family & Community Learning Service employ a team of tutors who work with adults at all ages and levels to provide learning and support across many subjects. We are looking to appoint additional Family Learning Tutors to deliver courses and workshops to parents/carers across the Borough to enable them to better understand how they can support their child’s learning and development at home and in turn to enable them to build their own knowledge and skills. Courses to be delivered cover a variety of subjects including Phonics; Maths4Parents; Storysacks; Healthy Family Cookery and many others and as a Family Learning tutor you would look to deliver across this curriculum. There are a number of posts available and can be discussed informally ahead of application if required.
