Job Description

NEC SWS have an exciting senior appointment for a Head of Technology to join our new division NEC Digital.

NEC Digital was formed this April and is the amalgamation of Snook our Service Design arm, and our Digital Solutions team.

The fusing of these two divisions combines Snook’s service design, user research and product design knowledge, with the programming, product development and build skills of the Digital Solutions team.

This gives us the ability to offer our clients a hugely beneficial end-to end design and build service as one team.

This joining of forces has created an opportunity for a strategic Head of Technology to drive forward our technical vision. Someone with a proven track record in digital transformation and growth. A real people person with a track record of success. We need a proven influencer both internally and with clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for a leader with a profound and wide-ranging technical understanding, with excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and with customers. Along with the ability to motivate and empower a growing team.

You will have the ability to explain, clearly and precisely, emerging technologies, and their implications. Supporting colleagues to make the correct choices and instilling the confidence to do so.

This is an exciting greenfield post for the right person and will be as challenging as it is rewarding.
