Office Based-5 days

A Global trading firm with a collaborative and collegiate working environment and culture require an Office Manager to join their team ASAP. This role could go permanent for the right candidate.

  • Experience getting involved in an office refurb beneficial not essential
  • Experience leading communications with building management with any maintenance/building issues
  • Ensuring building schedules and inspection dates are met on time and manage
  • Assist with office layout planning and maintenance of IT
  • Ensuring fire safety and first aid manuals/procedures are up to date
  • Designing, hosting and organising London events, Summer, Christmas Social events
  • Managing catering for onsite events
  • Act as first point of contact for deliveries
  • Overseeing London expenses
  • Managing the business access for staff
  • Maintaining and overseeing the weekly ordering for groceries and stationery
