Are you seeking your next position as an Office Manager? Do you have experience in a facilities or office management background? Are you great at adding value and a natural problem solver?
Thriving technical services employer based in Central Bath looking for a talented Office Manager to join their team.
This role is primarily office based, however, it could be offered with some degree of hybrid working. For instance, it could suit someone who is able to work daily in an office environment until 2. 30 pm / 3 pm and from home from then onwards.
DAY TO DAY:
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and 3rd parties to the building responsible for issuing security passes
  • Making refreshments, taking guests to the meeting rooms, etc.
  • Maintaining office provisions, ordering stationary via suppliers, and receiving deliveries
  • Opening and distributing post, scanning and uploading where needed
  • Ordering food and stationery on a weekly basis
  • Managing health and safety around the building – liaising with 3rd parties where needed
  • Conducting health and safety inductions for new starters
  • Collating CVs via email, liaising with recruitment agencies, booking interviews, and delivering feedback
  • Maintaining a spreadsheet of fixed assets, tracking & recording leased equipment
  • Liaising with the landlord of the serviced office provider, reporting faults in facilities, arranging repairs through a 3rd party
  • House-keeping around the office as and when required,
  • Investigating 3rd party suppliers over office refurbishments, and researching quotes
