People (HR) Coordinator - Learning and Development

Responsible for supporting over 400 employees across the Estate. Providing generalist HR support with a focus on Learning and Development. The role enables culture change and champions Blenheim’s values and behaviours. Supports the business to address capability gaps by support the People team by designing and delivering Blenheim & Pye Homes personal growth Strategy and supporting our Best Companies goal maintain our goal of being an employer of choice.


Tasks and Responsibilities


Training and Development

  • To work with the business to define training needs that are required for all roles across the estate and create/update a training matrix.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all induction training for new team members are designed, planned, delivered and evaluated.
  • Support with the delivery and design of the people strategy in relation to learning and development.
  • Supports the people team to design and embed the Diversity & Inclusion people Strategy.
  • Ensures the business understand the annual (ongoing) PPD process, embedding the process and helping managers to take ownership for their employees on-going development, including providing training and 121 coaching for managers.
  • Ensure all People Managers throughout the business have the HR support and training they require to be the best people managers they can be.
  • Supports and embed the Customer Service Charter programme throughout the business.
  • Coaches' managers, designs and delivers HR training / toolbox talks and inductions for all staff.
  • Leads the benefits platform and champions fair deal for all.
  • Supports the delivery of the wellbeing strategy.
  • Supports & leads social committee and all Blenheim staff events
  • Leads the work experience programme and supports the youth community programmes that Blenheim and Pye
  • Works with the H&S team to support them with H&S compliance across the business.
  • Measures and evaluates feedback from training courses.
  • Keep all training records up to date.
  • Supports the People Manager to implement an LMS system and ensure teams are utilising the system effectively. – An expert in HR systems.


Other

  • Advises managers and staff with general HR enquiries.
  • HR Administration
  • Supports People team with any employee relations issues as and when required
  • Supports the People team with projects and delivering the HR Strategy
  • Manages the HR Inbox
  • Utilises the HR system to eliminate administrative tasks and meet the needs of the organisation. Responsible for inputting and keeping accurate data
  • Running reports to support decisions across the business and running ad hoc reports for managers
  • Assists the People team to further develop the Blenheim and Pye employer brand.
  • Updates personnel files
