The Job Role

As the Project Manager, you will:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
• Manage a team of site Managers and an Assistant Project Manager
• Develop and implement project plans and work schedules, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create project schedules and timelines using our Project Management system, and work with Site Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure projects are completed within established timelines.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that projects are completed within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to ensure that they are informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

The Person

You will be an experience Project Manager with:

• Degree or similar level qualification in construction management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects.
• Experience of managing multiple projects
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in the use of project management software.
