Job Title – Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic graduate/ early-stage professionals to join our team as a recruitment consultant. The successful candidates will work closely with our senior consultants to source, screen, and place talented professionals into executive-level positions.

The role will involve a range of duties, including:

- Conducting research and identifying potential candidates for executive-level positions.

- Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and sustainability.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Preparing candidate shortlists and presenting them to clients.

- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating job offers.

- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone/ video call.

- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Recruitment is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection. The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs you will not enjoy this position. We need people who see rejection as a motivator for success. This will be an emotional roller coaster, good days, bad days, days where you question it all…but when it goes right, it is 100% worth it!
