Job responsibilities
The Researcher role has 2 main elements:
Managing resourcing assignments, identifying potential candidates and selling new employment opportunities to them. You will help the business identify new talent in new and existing markets and help to develop our pool of passive candidate that we can contact for future opportunities.
Developing your management skills so that at the point of promotion to Senior Researcher you can help train, guide and mentor new recruits so that they become experts at managing resourcing assignments and develop through their own career path.

As a Researcher, you will start on a competitive base salary with structured salary increases and the ability to earn commission on roles that you successfully manage and an additional manager’s bonus.
