Our London office is focused on the US market and has long term career opportunities both within the UK as well as the prospect to move to one of our growing number of US offices. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Researcher to join our London team.

Job responsibilities

The Researcher role has 2 main elements:

Managing resourcing assignments, identifying potential candidates and selling new employment opportunities to them. You will help the business identify new talent in new and existing markets and help to develop our pool of passive candidate that we can contact for future opportunities.

Developing your management skills so that at the point of promotion to Senior Researcher you can help train, guide and mentor new recruits so that they become experts at managing resourcing assignments and develop through their own career path.

Additional duties will include:

  • Conduct research into new and existing markets to identify new potential candidates and clients.
  • Capture, analyze and distribute management information for use by the management team.
  • Managing and reviewing applications, evaluating candidates, and assessing their suitability for opportunities.
  • Helping to arrange interviews for candidates, receiving feedback and ensuring that the recruitment process for candidates and clients runs effectively.
