As part of the broader Talent Sourcing and Global Early Careers team, you will be responsible for the UK Early Careers recruitment strategy including Analyst, Summer Internship, Apprenticeship, and Diversity Insights programme recruitment. Partnering with Employer Brand, you will determine the university and diversity outreach approach supporting Deutsche Bank to reach its diversity goals. Leveraging data, you will encourage continuous improvement to evolve the Early Careers product and align to key business needs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and lead planning and execution of regional Early Careers strategy in line with overall Deutsche Bank wide strategy across multiple business areas
  • Collaborate with the business and Early Careers team to develop divisional and regional recruitment strategy and implement best in class practices
  • Build relationships and partner with committees, regional working groups and key stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies; Embed diversity in all aspects of recruitment and deliver outstanding candidate engagement and experience
  • Coach and develop the regional Early Careers team encouraging an open and inclusive environment
  • Implementation of and adherence to key governance requirements including budget management
  • Take a data driven approach to develop program strategies and proactively share updates with stakeholders

Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrated Early Careers experience in a global matrix fast paced organisation
  • Experience designing and executing hiring strategies for early careers recruitment including developing creative approaches to attract diverse candidate pool
  • Regional university market knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and developing teams as well as working as part of a global team
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and project management skills
