Our JAG accredited Endoscopy Unit, based in Broomfield Hospital, has a great opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join its friendly, supportive team to be involved in all aspects of an endoscopy service, ensuring that they continually improve the quality and safety of the care provided as well as maintaining a strong focus on ensuring patients have a positive experience.
Your role as our staff Nurse will allow you to gain experience of working within a patient focused environment whilst maintaining effective professional working relationships with internal and external colleagues performing Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound and more complex procedures such as ESD,EUS and EMR within our endoscopy unit i.
You will be required to do on call shifts in the evening, during the weekday and 24 hours over the weekend. This is to cover emergency bleeds in the hospital once your competency has been completed.
