OTE: £35-40K

Are you a persuasive and driven Telesales Consultant looking for your next challenge? Look no further! Bionic is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant (Lead Generation) to join our market-leading comparison service for SMEs in the utilities industry.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for helping potential customers find the best deals on a range of business services, including energy, insurance, finance, phone, and broadband. As a key member of our telesales team, you will qualify incoming customer requests and re-direct them to the relevant sales agent who will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to help customers make informed decisions about their business needs. After 6-9 months depending on performance, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Closer role - specialising in Energy, Insurance, or Telecommunications.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers by phone to qualify their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bionic Services' products and services
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the telesales team to achieve team targets
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up promptly and effectively
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or other customer sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and desire to provide excellent service
