Security Guard job at 1st Shield Security Service in London

Job Description

1st Shield Security Service is looking to employ experienced and professional security guard officers to support our client. (applicants should state if they have previous military experience).

This role is permanent, 9pm to 3am Mondays to Saturdays for a club in Soho. The rate is £12 an hour.

Please see the duties below:

Responding to on-site incidents effectively and following site procedures for escalating and resolving incidents as outlined in the Assignment Instruction.
Where required, provide accurate descriptive/written reports using the incident report/visitors booklet;
Secure the perimeter at all times.
Mann sentry post at all times.
Control entry and exit from the premises.
Conduct handover/takeover after every shift.
Escort any unwanted individual away from the site.
Secure all equipment for construction workers.
Liaise with the police and any other agencies as required.

Required Skills:

Outstanding surveillance and observation skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to exercise good judgment;
Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures.
