Job Description
Our staff is our greatest asset, so for that reason, we pay them at the highest end of Healthcare Assistant with a salary starting at £23,708 & rising to £24,408 after probation. On top of that, we pay our mileage at 45p and offer overtime.
You will receive comprehensive training delivered by the NHS, as well as our in-house bespoke induction and ongoing training program. You will be working closely with experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech and Language Therapists in delivering individual therapy plans. Rated not once but twice as outstanding by CQC.
Experience is not essential as we provide a comprehensive induction program.
