The One Group are recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join a global company who are based just outside of Stamford. The role will see you working within an established, but quickly expanding finance team as well as working closely with the finance manager.

This full time, permanent position will see your responsibilities to be varied, fast paced and focused on treasury & month end processes:

• Bank reconciliations
• Reporting daily & weekly cash position and forecast
• Reviewing accuracy of intercompany transactions between branches and global locations e.g. VAT coding & transfer pricing
• Assist with month end processes and production of monthly financial statements
• Reconciling stock movement and posting journals
• Reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts

In order to be successful within this role, you will have experience within a similar role e.g. Accounts Assistant and will either be already studying towards ACCA/CIMA or keen to start.
