Responsibilities:

  • Monitor delivery, marketing, advertising, platform operation, and human resources management in the assigned city. Responsible for watching over the quantitative results in the size of orders, growth in profits, and quality of delivery services in the given city.
  • Income directly changes according to the profits and expenses resulting from business performance in the assigned city. The results determine whether the partner is qualified to remain in the position, earn bonuses, or be eliminated from the role.
  • Understand the local market thoroughly to actively expand the market coverage, instruct operations of merchants, and secure partnerships with merchants.
  • Recruit potential talents and provide training to existing employees.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales/Marketing responsibilities listed above, with at least 1-year experience in Sales and Marketing management.
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be responsible, patient, reliable, honest, and competent in handling operational tasks.
  • Fast-learner with outstanding trouble-shooting skills and excellent critical thinking ability.
  • Have a great sense in terms of internet usage and data. Connections with local merchants will be a bonus.

  • 负责整个城市的配送、市场、宣传、平台运营及人员管理,为城市的单量、收益增长、配送质量等指标负责。
  • 城市合伙人的收益与城市的盈利和支出相关,绩效考核决定合伙人的任职资格、奖励与汰。
  • 深入本地市场,积极开拓本地商户、规范商户运营、维护合作关系。
  • 招募配送团队,持续提高配送质量、降低配送成本。
  • 为城市团队的人才发展负责,培养出优秀人才。

岗位要求

  • 有至少3至5年以上的销售经验,且有至少1年的销售管理经验。
  • 具备优秀的谈判能力、沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
  • 执行力强,有责任心,有要性;为人正直,诚实可靠。
  • 善于总结和发现问题,有较强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力。
  • 适应互联网行业的快速发展,精力充沛,具备在较强压力下出色完成任务的能力。
  • 互联网思维、对数据敏感。有本地商户人脉资源者优先。
