We are looking for aspiring engineers to join our Engineering Apprentice Programme!
If you are looking to earn a competitive salary whilst working towards becoming a qualified engineer then this might just be the perfect opportunity for you! By completing this programme, you will become a qualified engineer who is able to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment at our site. In turn you will be supporting your colleagues in production to process our products effectively and efficiently.
You will complete an Engineering Apprenticeship with a local Training Provider, this will involve regular attendance at the college. When not at college, our experienced on-site team will look after your development and make sure that you are learning new skills.
At the end of the programme you will have achieved the following qualifications as a minimum:
After your apprenticeship you can progress your career through the ranks in Engineering, increasing your earning potential. We offer ongoing development opportunities for those individuals who are keen to progress and ambitious. Many of our previous apprentices are now Team Leaders and Managers.
