Pay Range: price work, up to £250/day

We are looking for an experienced Plumber who can join our team in Richmond for a Kitchen and bathroom renewal project within the social housing sector.

Important Info: This is a self-employed position, and you must have access to your own vehicle and your own tools.

Main Objectives of the role:

• Carrying out plumbing works within social housing properties
• Carry out all duties in an efficient, courteous manner with due respect to any special circumstances or needs of tenants affected
• Always present a positive, can-do attitude

Must-haves and skills required:

• Experience in social housing properties
• Access to own vehicle that can be driven for work purposes
• Own tools
• JIB/ CSCS card
• Right to work in UK

Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these, if required):

• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Manual handling (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
• Working at height (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
