Product Manager III

Expedia Group believes that “travel is a force for good”, and the Growth and Acquisition (G&A) Experiences team works to efficiently bring Travelers into the Expedia ecosystem by creating intelligent, relevant and highly engaging experiences that warmly welcome Travelers into the Expedia ecosystem and help push them further along their Traveler journey on Expedia brands.

The Growth and Acquisition team sits at the top of the funnel, with end-to-end ownership of the key experiences, technology and tools needed to enable experiences that nail the first impression for every Traveler. G&A works to ensure experiences are built to encourage acquired users to return and repeat. The team sits at the center of innovation at Expedia, working to leverage A/B experimentation and AI/ML at scale to build more intelligent and relevant experiences to ensure all travelers have a safe landing at their final destination.

The Home team work on creating exciting, engaging Store Fronts that inspire travelers to shop and book with Expedia Group brands.

This position is based in London.

What you will do

  • Responsible for Home page experience to deliver high quality, consistent expe riences on Home page across web and app that increase conversion

  • Collaborate with Senior PMs to define strategy and roadmap for Home store fronts

  • Work with development and XD teams to define and deliver the roadmap
  • Build high quality home experiences that inspire travelers to book their trips with Expedia brands

  • Build experiences for repeat users that encourage them to book again and again

  • Develop strong relationships with other Product teams that also have inputs to the Home Experience (e.g., Search Form, Loyalty, App Retention, User Authentication, Merchandising) and collaborate on cross-team roadmaps to support your planned outcomes

  • Set, track, and communicate success metrics to support end-of-funnel conversion, and be able to employ them to empower decision making

  • Work with ML teams to deliver highly relevant and optimized experiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of target customers via customer research and data analysis, and promote customer-centric thinking among functional peers and partners

  • Use storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with teams and partners and establish long-term relationships.

Who you are

  • Strong product management skills with 4+ years of experience launching successful customer centric products and driving meaningful improvements via experimentation and strong product analytics understanding

  • Proven record of working with multiple stakeholder teams to drive product delivery

  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Growth mindset with ability to reflect, learn and improve
