Our client based in Lincoln offers a wide range of waste management services and is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

The role is temporary and is estimated to last for at least 2-3 months to assist with an increase in workload.

This role will involve working 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £10.42 per hour.

Duties of the role will include: -

  • Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries
  • Providing administrative support
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Supporting the depot with meeting and exceeding KPI’s
  • Assisting with driver debriefs at the end of their shift
  • Providing additional assistance in other areas when required

In order to be considered for the role you will need to have:-

  • Good IT / computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous administration experience
