Abiglobal Foods is a small and fast-growing business that has been trading food for the last 10 years. We are looking for a bright and hardworking individual to join our team and be the face of the company as a sales representative.

Main Responsibilities

• To carry out virtual and face-to-face visits at customers premises like Restaurants, stores and events to present new and existing products to secure orders and increase sales.
• To communicate with customers before and after a sale, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and seeking out additional cross selling opportunities.
• To present the company and product collection favourably and in a structured and professional manner
• To develop a thorough understanding of the market and competition.
• To maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products in order to be able to make suitable recommendations.
• To develop healthy relationships at all levels with customers by advertising the products.
• Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets
• Making cold calls to attract potential customers
• Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Lead, Senior Sales Representative or a similar position in the Sales department
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual

DAY MONDAY - FRIDAY

TIME 9:30 AM - 17:00

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
