Senior Recruitment Consultant - Procurement & Supply Chain

Pay- £25,000- £30,000 (OTE: £35,000- £42,500) Location: (West Midlands) Hybrid/ Remote

We are looking for a recruiter keen to join a specialist Procurement and Supply Chain focused recruitment team who've grown over 100% Year on Year since 2019. We're seeking an enthusiastic and talented recruiter who wants to partner closely with our current customers to hire the best talent in the market. You'll be given all the tools and training you need to succeed and grow a career in Concept as either a specialist consultant or a team leader.

The role in a nutshell

You will be tasked with developing an established area of Concept within the Procurement & Supply Chain space. We have experienced strong demand from our clients in this area, and we are looking to expand our team further. The role will entail developing new relationships with clients and building a lucrative candidate base in the Procurement & Supply chain sector. You will be given great scope to build a successful division by growing the overall team GP number and developing accounts.

Profile:

You will have a min. of 2 years recruitment experience, gained as a specialist within the Procurement & Supply Chain market. You will be self-motivated with the ambition and drive to develop a strong market presence. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and the development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both new business generation and account management / delivery.

• Experienced Recruiter, ideally within Procurement and Supply Chain (recruiters with transferable sector knowledge are welcome to apply)
• Must be a confident sales professional, someone who can build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development, negotiate and objection handling
• Candidate management, including sourcing and networking
• Ability to communicate at the most senior level

This position is within our successful Procurement & Supply Chain team, where you will be focusing on building a desk and placing candidates.
