Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior practitioner to join the Older Adults Mental Health Team, Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Service (CIDS) in Ealing East.

CIDS is part of the Older Peoples Mental Health Service (OPMHS) line and has sister teams in three Boroughs, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow.

Ealing is a dynamic team that needs an enthusiastic professional to provide a leading role in offering patients with complex enduring mental health needs and their carers assessments treatment and care. The post holder will provide clinical supervision to team members, will monitor referrals, allocate work to colleagues, liaise with GP's, social care colleagues, inpatient wards and others to ensure care is delivered to this vulnerable group.

The team base for Ealing CIDS East is located at Sycamore Lodge, Acton, W3 8PH.
