Agincare Enable are currently recruiting Support Workers to work nights in our supported living services for people with complex needs and learning disabilities. The roles will be based within Rochester, Rainham and Gillingham.
About the Role.
In this role you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will help the service users with daily tasks and help them access as much of the community and local area as they can such as attending clubs and using local leisure facilities, or even just going out for a coffee.
Our services are currently rated "Good" by the CQC.
