Job Purpose...

We are looking for both trainee and experienced people to join our Telesales team. These vacancies will be located in our modern, well-appointed office in Solihull.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to schedule appointments for our Sales Teams
• Update our CRM system showing activity, tasks and noted conversations
• Achieve set KPI’s on call activity, pipeline and appointments booked
• Answer questions about Radius/Air Telecom and the products and services that we offer
• Drive conversation to understand customer requirements
• Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
