As part of Quanteam Group, Quanteam UK (incorporated in 2010) has today more than 80 consultants, working for major Capital Markets players in London.

CLIENT & ROLE

Our client, a leading Spanish Investment bank, is looking for a Business Analyst to join the electronic FX team.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Hands-on business analysis skillset across the full project lifecyle: able to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and budget

• Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users on a global trading platform

• Good knowledge of FX, in particular eFX

• Project & stakeholder management skillset including excellent written and verbal communication skills to support the authoring of business documents and presentations, running workshops and managing relationships with stakeholders

• Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications

• Previously have worked in a Front Office environment

• A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the business analyst within it

• 10+ years working in Financial Services/Banking

SKILLS PREFERRED

• Deep FX Market Experience

• An ability to conduct careful, structured analysis on complex problems or requirements in order to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions

• Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear, concise test cases.

• Collaborate and help define the technical requirements considering design and manage testing cycles

• A practical knowledge of trade lifecycle and risk processes
