We’re a growing, dedicated team of experts in Machine Learning, NLP, Psychology, Coaching, and Family Support. Our wellness consultants and digital companion deliver tailored support to our diverse user base spanning individuals, established families and everyone in between.

Kinhub is already helping organisations such as JP Morgan and the University of Exeter to future-proof their workforce by being better able to attract and retain diverse, top talent.

Through our matched-subscriptions policy we have also pledged to help tens of thousands of low-income families get the support they need.

Kinhub was founded in 2019 by Erika Brodnock, Jacob Herandi and Helen Yannakoudakis. Its first-to-market AI-as-peer platform features emotion and sentiment detection critical to employee engagement and retention. It already supports teams at organisations including the University of Oxford, JP Morgan, Factset and the University of Exeter.

The founders are seeking a Co-CEO to support the company's future growth.
