We are seeking a confident, target-driven Contract Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! This is an opportunity to bring your experience working as a Consultant to a progressive and highly rewarding market!
Job Description:
You will be working on our contract desk. You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing clients by conducting Business Development and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience working as a Contract Consultant in the Tech sector for 2-3 years minimum
- Experience of contract recruitment
- Proven experience filling technical roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and/or Infrastructure Engineers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and hit target
