Role: API Developer/Tester

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: Southampton (hybrid available)

We are currently recruiting for an API Developer/Tester to join the Software Department. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of API delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Lead Software developer and developing and support in-house web application API.
• Ability to work on tasks set with little or no support.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and propose the use of new technologies within role scope.
• Maintain and create new integration to third party services.
• Write unit tests.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

• At least 5 years working experience in a development environment.
• C#.
• RestFUL, SOAP, APIs.
• Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft Visual Studio.
• GitHub.
• Good communicator.

Desirable skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Blazor (or Razor)Azure storage (queues/blobs/tables (no SQL)).
• Mediator Pattern Architecture.
• SignalRT.
• SQL advantageous.
• Azure AD.
• Azure AD-B2C Postman.
• Microsoft Azure Storage.
• Explorer.
