We have an interesting new opening for a Family Solicitor in an award-winning Lincolnshire based firm, in their Boston office.

Our client is a full-service firm and highly regarded in the area, meaning it has good quality clients and both strong Family and Private Client departments as well as a strong commercial side.

The firm is looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to dive into an existing caseload of high-quality private family work and willing to get involved in the marketing and development of the department and enhance the firm's reputation in the area.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private family work, including divorce and ancillary relief, private law children matters, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and more
• You will be involved in the development and enhancement of the Family department, as well as assisting partners and other fee-earners with developing the business
• You will be committed to consistently providing a reliable, personal service and to maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels
  
  The Candidate:

• Our client is ideally looking for a Family Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE
• You should be able to work with confidence and manage your own caseload effectively
• You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable networking with new and existing clients.
• Experience in marketing and business development is desirable, but not necessary
• You should have a proactive and positive outlook, and a strong desire to provide a high quality service
