Job Description

An ideal 6-month FTC for an HR Business Partner - excited by focused and fast-paced project delivery. We are looking for an HRBP to join our national team, Offering Remote or Hybrid working near Coventry :

Salary - negotiable
6 months Fixed Term Contract
Monday – Friday - 09:00 – 17:00
37.5 hours per week
Remote or Hybrid from Head Office (Coventry CV2)
As HR Business Partner , you will be delivering change management across areas of a national branch network, managing alterations across Business Units, Contracts and Employment.

You are a strong HR generalist, skilled in employment law & practice, passionate about contributing professional advice. You've managed stakeholder queries about TUPE , Redundancy and Trade Unions . You are project led and a solo expert in prioritising workload and analytical approaches to problem solving .

HR Business Partner – The Role:
To maintain effective relationships with on-site managers and representatives to provide a supportive proactive HR service during a scaled change management process;
To Support managers and supervisors across operations on complex HR issues including TUPE consultations, redundancies, Trade Union stakeholder management
Assisting in the development, implementation and employee adherence of developing Business Unit Policies, Procedures and Plans.
Independently provide support for general HR enquiries, recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and other ER issues, Maternity & Paternity.
Oversight of sickness absence, including occupational health referrals and long-term sick and subsequent return to work meet and absence review meetings.
Proactively reporting and advising Management teams with regards to any employment trend issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the HR Leadership

HR Business Partner – The Person:
Excellent working knowledge of TUPE, Redundancy and Trade Unions.
CIPD Qualified is great, but can be traded for extensive experience in the field as an HR Professional within an HR leadership capacity
Experience of working within a multi-site operation and HR department at management level.
Exceptional understanding of current employment laws, frameworks and practices.
Passionate about displaying interpersonal skills, with the resilience to remain calm and personable during change management processes.
Project orientated, exquisite organisation skills and delivery against prioritised daily work requirements.
An astute problem-solver with an analytical and methodical approach to your daily duties.
