Responsibilities
The team's main responsibilities include implementing regulatory, technological and business-led change to support Client Reporting for institutional clients and regulated fund ranges.

Specific responsibilities include:
Manage an allocation of Vermilion development tasks and production issues to meet project and reporting deadlines.
Oversee a team of developers, allocate tasks to the team based on capacity and experience, ensuring deadlines are met and issues escalated as appropriate.
Work with business analysts to identify and implement solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation and standardise processes.
Implement best practice processes for development, challenging current working practices as appropriate.
Training and coaching team members as required.
Conduct applicable development testing, ensuring appropriate review and sign-off
Involvement in system upgrade projects.

Be able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience & Skills / Knowledge
Excellent SQL skills
Advanced Java and VBA
Have a detailed knowledge of Vermilion Reporting Suite
Jira and Confluence experience beneficial
