Job Description

We are seeking applications for a High End Manufacturing Business based in Swale who require a new addition to the team. Working in a fast paced and varied Project Coordinator role that encompasses the need of a good customer service background, you will be part of a team and dedicated to a number of Project Managers and Account Managers.


As Project Coordinator you will undertake a variety of administrative and customer solution focused tasks that include:


  • Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
  • Providing support for all inventory and manage customer call offs
  • Plan activity for the production requirement and confirm details to all parties
  • Creating invoices, Raise BOM and setting up part numbers
  • Run reports and create feedback for client and managers
  • Process sales quotes and progress sales orders through the system
  • Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaising with customers, warehouse and suppliers regarding planned delivery and logistics movements
  • Deal with any order details and queries - updating information accurately to the ERP system and progressing any orders and providing solutions to any problems
  • On occasion you may be required to attend meeting with Accounts Manager and Project Managers which may include site visits at client premises
  • Assist in the management and planning of activity to facilitate installation and outsourced installations
  • Support the Project teams, product development teams and marketing teams as required
  • Raise quotes and correspondence as required for each project/client.
  • Raise and coordinate paperwork to support shipping/ logistics/PO's and Freight Forwarding movements: including preparing export invoices and relevant export documentation
  • Deal with all incoming telephone enquiries and emails and handle first stage complaints or feedback



In order to be successful in application you must hold a full UK driving licence. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of handling Freight and Export documentation to be selected for interview.
