Job Description

Support the delivery of Strategic workforce projects and initiatives by delivering robust insights and analysis, strategic workforce plans (SWP), people strategy & levers actions and pragmatic org development & effectiveness solutions!
What you'll do:
  • Provides analysis, interpretation and guidance on strategic workforce outcomes in SWP, People strategy and Org development & effectiveness through the use of proven methodologies and tools
  • Support the creation of strategic recommendations and working in partnership with other key People COEs, turn the recommendations into practical actions
  • Contributes to the design and delivery of effective Strategic Workforce Frameworks (SWP/People Strategy/OD&E) and related processes and practices for Sky – enterprise wide and within each Directorate
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and gaining clarity through manipulating data
  • Support the production of practical insights using People and Org data that will help shape People strategy, drive leadership and aid decision-making within Sky
  • Support ad-hoc analytics requests creatively while also taking into consideration, the efficiency, sustainability, and client self-serve capability when required
  • Develop and maintain key relationships within and outside People Directorate including across all Sky Markets and Group
What you'll bring:
  • Working knowledge of and experience in helping deliver Strategic workforce planning, Org design & effectiveness activities in large complex multinational organisations
  • Strong skills and competence in use of analytical tools (e.g. Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritise work on an autonomous basis.
  • Adaptable and flexible; comfortable working under changing conditions.
  • Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple tasks / activities at the same time.
  • High attention to detail, balanced with appreciation of the bigger-picture goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical experience working with complex and confidential data sets
  • Working Knowledge of SQL and programming languages like Python, R
  • Experience/Exposure in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Pivot)
