The Vacancy
We are seeking a Services Finance intern to join our team on an 8-week summer internship programme.
You will gain experience across all areas of our finance team but will be specifically working with our Development Accounts team to produce service charge year end accounts and assist with audit queries for some of the many developments we support.
You have the chance to also learn about the Property Management sector, the laws that govern it, and the processes and procedures that are bespoke to the industry.
The Internship Programme:
McCarthy Stone’s internship programme will provide you with the opportunity to gain first class industry experience while earning a competitive salary. Taking part in our intern programme will enable you to add practical experience to your CV and will ensure you have a deep understanding of our business and how we operate.
Alongside your role, you will be part of a cohort of interns that will enable you to start building your professional network. There will be Learning and Development opportunities to get involved with throughout your internship, including insight and skills sessions and ‘lunch and learns‘ on key business topics.
The 8-week summer internship programme will run between 3rd July - 25th August 2023.
