We are seeking a switchboard administrator who is upbeat and enthusiastic, likes speaking to the public and understands the importance of first class customer service.
You will be part of our team that is responsible for taking incoming calls for our six main offices. You’ll need to be confident and professional on the telephone and we will also expect you to be friendly, engaging and personable when greeting our clients in person.
You’ll handle a busy workload, which will involve learning legal skills. Previous customer service experience is desirable but we are mainly interested in people who have a passion for going the extra mile for our clients.
You will occasionally be based at our main reception desk but your main role will be behind the scenes helping ensure that that all our telephone callers are greeted promptly, professionally and politely.
This could be your first step into a legal career and you will get to work within a friendly team in one of East Kent’s largest and most widely respected legal practices.
The position is full time and your hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm with 25 days’ holiday per annum.
Please note only applicants with relevant experience will be contacted. If you like the sound of us, then we would really like to hear from you!
To apply send your CV and a covering email to Kerry Curson, Human Resources Manager, Boys & Maughan by email.
You would be welcome to call Kerry on 01843 234000 if you would like an opportunity to discuss the post before applying.
