The Role

We have a vacancy for a full time Branch Supervisor within our Brighton Branch.

To provide a timely, friendly, and dependable service of products to customers ensuring that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.

Optimise counter contributions to branch sales and gross profit.

Lead and motivate counter sales staff providing guidance, support, and training as and when required.

The Requirements

• FLT Experience
• Building Material Knowledge
• Builders' merchants experience advantageous
• Supervisory experience and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Strong team player who works as part of a team and independently

The Hours

Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00

Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00 & alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00
