Bright, enthusiastic Supervisor/ Senior Sales Advisor wanted for busy Cribbs store
This is a great opportunity for individuals who can lead and motivate a team to achieve a target- and enjoy being rewarded for it (there is a generous 10% bonus scheme!)
You will lead the team to achieve sales targets whilst creating a unique and fun experience for the customer
You will delegate and manage tasks including deliveries and merchandising whilst remaining positive and inspiring the team to achieve personal and store targets
The ideal candidate will be energetic, organised and driven. This is a great role for a student or individual wishing to work part time but enjoys being accountable for success
Candidates will need to be available 2 full days- 1 of which must be a weekend day)
